Return Eligibility

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Customers must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The unboxing process
    • The product and issue/damage (if any)

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds may not be accepted for:

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling or misuse
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Missing unboxing video proof

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.
  • Shipping, delivery, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days along with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos
  • Complete unboxing video

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (product value only)

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized products may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
